Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Bloomlings, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the Bloomlings purchase you’d like refunded.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?
Sign in to Bloomlings with the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally, then open Settings → Subscription in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Open Bloomlings, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all child profiles, meal photos, and associated data.
If you can’t access the app, email support@bloomlings.appfrom the address tied to your account and we’ll process the deletion for you.
I forgot my password / can’t sign in
Bloomlings uses Apple Sign In and Google Sign In, so there’s no separate Bloomlings password. If you’re having trouble signing in, make sure you’re using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally signed up with. If you’re still stuck, email support@bloomlings.app.
The app is crashing or behaving strangely
First, try closing and reopening the app, then try restarting your device. If the issue persists, please email us with the details listed under Contact us above and a description of the steps that trigger the problem. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
How does meal photo analysis work?
When you submit a before/after meal photo, the images are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to estimate food categories and how much was eaten. We don’t use submitted photos to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can my co-parent share my account?
Yes. Open Settings → Family and tap Invite Co-Parent to generate an invite code. Your co-parent installs Bloomlings, signs in with their own Apple or Google account, and enters the code under Settings → Family → Join Family. You’ll then share the same child profiles and meal history.
